AUTHOR SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Please fill out this form if your are interested in exhibiting your book at the Chill Out & Read: Ice Cream Social and Book Fair on Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 1-5pm at San Jose Woman's Club at 75 South 11th Street, San Jose, CA.
SUBMISSION
All genres and genders are welcome to submit. Deadline to submit is June 15, 2026. Confirmation will be sent no later than July 1, 2026.
If chosen, there will be no cost for Bay Area authors to participate. Each author will be provided with:
- 3 ft Card Table and 1 Chair
- Social Media Mention
- Listing in Marketing Materials
INVITED AUTHORS
There will be approximately 30 authors invited to exhibit. Invited authors will be chosen by a committee of industry professionals based on genre, topics and relevance.
BOOK SALES
- All authors will be able to sell your books onsite and/or take orders.
- Authors are responsible for any payments received and legal requirements.
- In lieu of payment and/or commission authors should provide one (1) themed gift bag or basket which includes your book as a giveaway.
