INVITED AUTHORS
All authors will receive a 3ft table w/one chair. Please bring your own table coverings.
Doors will open at 10am for set-up. Please be set-up no later than 12:30pm.
Allow ample time to drop off your goods at the club and repark your car at the SJSU parking lot at 65 S 10th St, San Jose, CA 95192 or street parking if available.

- All authors will be able to sell your books onsite and/or take orders.
- Authors are responsible for any payments received and legal requirements.
- In lieu of payment and/or commission authors should provide one (1) themed gift bag or basket which includes your book as a giveaway.
- Have your payment options and social media QR codes printed to easily scan at your table.
- You can bring as many books as you wish or bring samples for display with links to purchase and ship.
DOOR PRIZES
Please bring a themed basket or gift bag with your book to give away as a door prize. All registered attendees will receive a door prize ticket and drawing will be held throughout the event.
FIREPLACE ROOM - INDIVIDUAL AUTHORS

The fireplace room will have author meet and greets from a selection of individual authors. Authors wil be on their own to do a presentation.
